Fire Warden/FireSmart Information Sheet

 

The purpose for this information gathering is to assist the Fire Warden Team to communicate to residents of an impending evacuation emergency. Information pre, during and post emergency will be communicated to you through cell phone texting and/or email.

We will also be continuing the FireSmart program within our community. We would like to identify hazardous fire load areas so that homeowners can help reduce the potential of fire spread in the event of a structure or wildfire.  

Upon receipt of this form, you will be contacted to confirm your membership in FireSmart.
